Location data may be collected while the app is in use. For certain features, such as automatic playback of tour content while your phone is locked or the app is running in the background, the app may also access location data in the background.


We do not sell your location data to third parties. Location data is only used to provide and improve the Discovery Trip experience.


Location data is stored only as long as necessary to provide the service, improve the application, resolve technical issues, and comply with legal obligations. Location information is not send to our servers, it stays on your phone.

discoverytrip.nl follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics.     Refund Policy 

    Our refund policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, your Discovery trip must be unused and you have not started the Discovery Trip. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refund

    Once your refund request is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again as it can take several days for a refund to be processed. Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@discovertrip.nl.

    Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
