Lukas is the technical brain behind Discovery Trip – and also the originator of the original concept. With a background in psychology, statistics, and mathematics, he began his career in R&D before moving into software development, working on both front- and backend.
Within Discovery Trip, Lukas is the one who makes sure everything keeps running smoothly. He thrives on dissecting ideas and turning them into concrete solutions that do exactly what users expect – and often a little more. By listening closely to the question as well as the question behind the question, Lukas builds robust products that make Discovery Trip stand out technically.
Strategic Brain
Falko de Wit
As co-founder of Discovery Trip, Falko is responsible for content, sales, and finance. With a background in physics and social psychology and over nine years of experience as a management consultant, change manager, and transformation director, he combines strategic insight with a broad understanding of people.
Falko believes in collaboration and in turning ideas into concrete results. He enjoys building new concepts and aims, through Discovery Trip, not only to enrich experiences but also to contribute to sustainable value for organizations. His goal is to make every interaction a positive one and to create impact – for clients, partners, and teams.
